BEAT IT is about timing, pacing, recovery and pushing your own limits.
From registration to your final Level: this is how your race day unfolds.
IMPACT, CHALLENGER or ELITE. Choose the Division that matches your current level and ambition.
Train to the rhythm of BEAT IT: run 1 kilometre, recover and go again.
Build your speed, pacing and recovery gradually towards race day.
Check in on time, attend the mandatory briefing, warm up and then report to the Call Zone.
Once your Heat starts, your challenge begins.
Beat the Cut-off Time and you stay in the race.
Miss the Clock and your active race ends, while your valid result up to that point remains recorded. Then join the Cheer Zone; the beating heart of BEAT IT.
After the race, your official timing and completed Levels will be available in the MYLAPS results environment.
For CHALLENGER and ELITE, the official classification will also be published.
Stay for the awards, music and the BEAT IT After Run Party and close out the day together.
Yes. BEAT IT is built for different levels of runners. Choose the Division that matches your current level and ambition. IMPACT offers more time and additional support where needed. CHALLENGER and ELITE have faster Cut-off Times and a competitive Ranking structure.
If you miss the Cut-off Time, your active race ends. Your valid result up to that point remains recorded, and you can experience the rest of the Event from the Cheer Zone.
When purchasing your ticket, you select an available ticket block and Division. The final Heat allocation is determined by BEAT IT.
We therefore cannot guarantee that friends will start in the same Heat.
